• Sizing: We also offer resizing for rings and bracelets.

Watch repair :

• We also provide specialized repairs such as repairing the internal mechanism of a watch and replacing the crystal.

Repair procedure

1. Contact us : Contact us by email, chat or phone regarding the item you need repaired.

2. Product shipping : After making your inquiry, please ship the product to be repaired to our store (we will inform you of the shipping method when you make your inquiry).

3. Estimate : Once we receive the product, we will check the repair details and provide you with a free estimate. If you are happy with the estimate, we will begin the repair.

4. Repair work : Once approved, our expert staff will carry out the repairs promptly and courteously.

5. Delivery : Once the repair is complete, we will carefully pack the item and deliver it to you.

Repair period

• Standard repairs take approximately 1-2 weeks. If more complex repairs are required, we will contact you separately.

Packaging Service

Gift packaging
